Product Temperature:

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

 

International Shipping:

We do ship internationally. However - Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Glow On 5th. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before you place your order.

 

Wrong Shipping Address:

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Glow On 5th will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

 

Damaged Item Upon Arrival:

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order. Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damage product/s.

 

Wait Time:

The processing time for orders is 3-4 Business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-8 business days depending on your location, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or launches this time may vary.


Modifying Orders:

Please contact inquiry@glowon5th.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. 



Cancelling Orders:

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. All orders are final, so please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your orders!


Product Exchange:

We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges.



Missing Order Confirmation:

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at inquiry@glowon5th.com 

 

Wrong Item Received:

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

 

Return Policy:

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final at this time. Please note, Glow On 5th Beauty reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damage, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a copy of your confirmation email including your order number.

 

Stuck Package:

For domestic orders, package can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped.
